Comfortable loft with shared bath in the beautiful 1922 Urquhart-Miller home property, listed with the Sherman Preservation League. This property is located minutes from Sherman business district, dining, tourist attractions, and shopping locations in Sherman and Denison. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch, or in the backyard, the firepit in the evening, or grill your dinner and dine in your room or the backyard. I live on site and am available if requested. The space The loft has limited kitchen use for coffee/tea brewing, and a quick breakfast. WiFi is included and guests may access Hulu, Amazon, Netflix or other available channels via their laptop and password. Local tourist attractions, dining, and entertainment list is provided with locations to assist you in enjoying your stay in Sherman. Laundry service and full breakfast may be available upon request.
