This cozy, modern-styled, private bedroom is perfect for the working professional. We are located in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood w/ access to local restaurants & activities. The space The space - Private bedroom & bath in a newly renovated townhome - Keyless entrance - Personal mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, and toaster available in your bedroom - Desk in bedroom - Covered patio area with seating - Flat-screen TV with Amazon FireStick (Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, and Disney+ provided. Hulu and other apps available but no account access provided.) Guest access You have full access to the kitchen, living room, and the covered patio area at the back of the house. The areas blocked off by space dividers are prohibited. Please don't move the space divider, unless you need access to the washer and dryer. During your stay Please call or text if you need anything. Other things to note Note about dogs: We have a dog in our home, but she's quiet, house-trained, and very sweet. She's trained not to enter your bedroom or bathroom. She's older now she mostly stays in her room unless she is on a walk.
