Our lovely place is located in a residential area from every part of the city can be easily reached by public transportation. This newly created apartment can provide a very comfortable stay either for a short vacation or for longer stay. With one bedroom and a common room we can host 4 people. The apartment has a balcony and a free parking space underground. The space About the apartment We are located in a newly built apartment building which is situated on the 4th floor and there is an elevator in the building. We created a warm and cozy ambience, a home away from home. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and has a direct access to a balcony where you can sit around with a cup of coffee. The common room is equipped with a TV, and includes a dining are with table and chairs. The open planned kitchen is also brand new and has everything you would need during your stay. The apartment includes one bathroom with a bath-tub. There is no daily cleaning or maid service. - Check in till 11pm. If you arrive later than 11pm, please ask us about self check in options. - After 11pm we have limited or no availability and we don’t have 0-24 reception. If you are unsure about how the check in works or have other questions about your stay, please contact us before 11pm. - We aim to answer your queries, questions and messages quickly (our average response time is around 30 minutes, which is among the fastest on Airbnb). It doesn’t mean we are always able to answer you within a couple of minutes.
