Located in a peaceful country setting with no noise ordinance on this end of the lake, you’ll have the freedom to truly enjoy your stay. The space 🛏 Sleeping Arrangements & Comfort Enjoy three comfortable bedrooms designed for group stays: Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): Full-size bed and TV — perfect for added privacy and relaxation. Bedroom 2: Two full-size beds, couch, and TV — great for families or friends sharing space. Bedroom 3: Two full-size beds and TV for a cozy night’s rest. The home features large walk-in showers and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. 🎉 Entertainment & Outdoor Fun Step outside to an open yard with plenty of space for games and BBQ, plus waterfront access with a small beach area for swimming and relaxing by the lake. We provide an outdoor storage bin stocked with: Tubes Floating mat Outdoor games Inside the home, you’ll find: Pool table & dart board with fun party lighting 75” living room TV with Roku, Hulu, Spectrum, Netflix, HBO, ESPN, Peacock, and more A variety of board games for group fun This is a true lake house getaway — comfortable, fun, and relaxed (not a gourmet chef’s kitchen with luxury appliances, but fully equipped with standard essentials). 🚗 Parking Parking for 3 vehicles on-site (2 under carport + 1 behind the gate). Additional parking may be available at the end of the road. 👥 Guest Count & Supplies The home is set up to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Additional guests are welcome but incur an extra per-guest fee — please be sure to enter your correct guest count when booking. We provide starter supplies, including: A couple rolls of toilet paper and napkins per bathroom (Additional supplies can be purchased during your stay if needed.) 🌿 Important Notes About the Lake Setting You’ll be staying in a natural lakeside environment, so you may notice insects or wildlife outdoors — especially near evening lights and outdoor furniture. This is normal for lake properties. 🧹 Cleaning & Trash Guidelines A $175 cleaning fee already included covers professional interior cleaning and preparing the home for your arrival. Please note: Outdoor areas are not fully detailed between stays. Kindly: Place all trash in bags before putting it into the designated trash bin. Loose trash in bins may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guest access 🏡 Full Home Access + Private Waterfront Beach Guests enjoy full access to the entire home, including our private waterfront beach area, perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying Eagle Mountain Lake. For everyone’s comfort and safety, please note: Neighboring properties, private docks, and nearby jacuzzis are not accessible. Our waterfront beach area is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Parking is limited, so if you’re traveling with multiple vehicles, feel free to reach out before booking to confirm arrangements. Other things to note 🍔 Nearby Dining, Entertainment & Relaxed Lake Living Enjoy easy access to a popular lakeside bar & grill just 0.5 miles from the property, located in a beautiful cove — perfect for grabbing food, drinks, and soaking up the lake atmosphere. Back at the house, feel free to jam out to your favorite music with our outdoor Bluetooth speaker, or enjoy friendly competition inside with the pool table. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 5 beds, plus additional lounging space including two couches and a chaise that may accommodate extra guests if needed. Please note: additional guest fees apply for each guest over 6, so be sure to enter your correct guest count when booking. You’ll experience true country-style lakeside living, with peaceful views and a nearby mobile community — a relaxed, natural setting that’s perfect for unplugging and enjoying time together. 🚿 Well Water & Septic System The home operates on a well water (water softener) and septic system. To help avoid plumbing issues, we kindly ask guests to limit toilet paper usage (preferably dispose of paper in provided trash bins)
