This is not a party location and only the number of reservation guests can be onsite. Excessive noise and extra numbers will be addressed by local authorities. This tub enables bath products, hair & body cleansing products, clean, fresh, filtered natural spring water at your own easy temp every time, able to be drained and cleaned each time to enable a fresh, clean repeat without chemicals (vs my former hot tub). Walls and ceiling are boarded with layers of hand-distressed finishes, earthy textures on other walls, tiled floors and choices for rugs, special dimmable lighting, a large ceiling fan and another neat old-fashioned metal fan in warm months, a small electric fireplace heater for the cold months, mountain art and many unique and woodsy Craftsman features. Plush towels, supplies, bath, shower & other pampering products are amply provided for a mountain-spa experience. It is pumped up into my well-cabin on the front of the property from 150' under ground, ready for your turned-on lines after the filtration system purifies the water, automatically backwashed hourly. It is also the most delicious, natural, fresh, filtered, spring water. I fill gallon jugs and take back to Nashville with me every week so to also have it there. You'll also find some cold in your suite. You may take a jug with you, if you'd like, great for hiking and the concerts, picnics, on the road. I've also made Perritt's Path homemade ice with it, as well. Water heating: The water is heated by a large, new, tankless, on-demand gas water heater located in the downstairs Gallery Hall supplies closet close to the entry/exit door. 010326 ----------------------------------------------------- Back porch (outdoor room): Double glass doors and from the bedroom through wood screened doors handmade by Craftsman Mike to the back porch and grounds. The back porch has wood Adirondack chairs and ottomans also made by Mike with cushions, pillows and throws, another corner bench, outdoor dining table and chairs, a wood bar/counter with stools, and another counter/table for prep or dining, all at the rock fire pit all there at the edge of the woods, wood and supplies for building and lighting easy-start fires are in the front open wood shelter for dry by wheelbarrow, candles for ambient candlelight (safe containers & locations), lamps. ----------------------------------------------------- Back porch kitchenette areas: Set up for the warm months (find in your suite other months): prep tables, charcoal grill (bring charcoal), electric griddle/grill and other small appliances, homemade ice and cold bottles of filtered spring water from the Perritt's Path well, coffee station with coffeemakers (for K-cups, ground, & hot water) with K-cups & ground coffees, teas, cups & supplies, creamer, sugar, honey, etc. Rock fire pit area: Right off the back porch there at the edge of the woods with wood and supplies for building fires, neat for outdoor dining also. Nature Sanctuary: Follow the path carved out through the middle of the woods behind the cabin past the rock fire pit for a surprise! It's magical down there totally within Nature with a little stream (dries up in hot dry months), green moss and ferns, trees, trees, trees... Sketchy cell signals: Once off the interstate in back country and on mountain, use wi-fi code for cell service. Getting to the cabin from outside: Natural setting, bring mud shoes, only steps from front parking. Safety: No railing around back porch, and natural wildlife area requiring caution when outdoors (no bears). Climate & temps: The mountain climate is very moist, the cabin nestled totally within a rural country environment that is usually cooler than in town, higher altitude at the top of the mountain, surrounded by dense woods and warm-weather foliage, warmer in the daytime hours, but drastically cooler after dark and into the mornings year round. Pet environment: Be aware that many guests come with their pets that are inside & outside, and that one cat lives on the property, BoBo, the most recent stray that lost his people, a young, neutered male, short-haired black tabby, will be outside or with access to his own places with provisions. Another brown tabby cat originally from the woods at 5 months old, Little Bit (now an older cat), commutes back and forth with me, both spend time inside the cabin with me when I'm there. Pests: Because of a rural, country, wooded setting, pests and cobwebs may occasionally appear, is natural and not always controllable, even with pest control and thorough cleaning. Food and beverages must be kept put away in airtight containers or fridges/freezers to deter pests, as well as residue kept cleaned up, lids to trash cans outside on tight (also for raccoons & possums). 030825
