This 2 story villa has plenty of space to relax and unwind. The downstairs King bedroom has a private full bath. Upstairs has a private King bedroom with its own full bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin bunks and also its own private full bath. All bedrooms have HD flatscreen TVs for your enjoyment along with WiFi are all included. The second floor offers a full washer and dryer for your convenience. The villa also comes with beach chairs and cart and a variety of beach toys. The living room couch is a sleeper sofa and can accommodate an additional 2 people for sleeping. Coligny Beach has changing facilities, dancing waters for the kids and easy access to the beach connected by the many bike trails on the Island. Ocean Breeze has three pools on-site, one just across the parking lot from our unit as well as tennis courts on site, all of which are complimentary during your stay. For the golfer, HHI offers many courses including Sea Pines just a short drive away. Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday during prime Summer season.
