Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has 2 full-size beds. The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate two people. This home is located in the Maryland subdivision. This home is on the 5th row, and "your toes" can be in the sand within minutes. This gorgeous home is the perfect location for your family vacation or weekend getaway! The kitchen has everything you need to make quick meals while on vacation. This rental is a dog-friendly home with a $200 non-refundable fee. You’re sure to love the views from the deck. There is a crib for your little one to use for your convenience. There are TVs in each room to stream your favorite movies. On the deck, you will find plenty of seating for you and your guests while enjoying the view of the beach. Downstairs, you can enjoy grilling your favorite dish for your family. Be sure to rinse away sand in the downstairs shower after a long day of fun in the sun on the beach! Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and all standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
