The Jefferson House- Pet Friendly with great yard

The Jefferson House is a comfy 2 bedroom house with an extra room set up as an office/bedroom area. It has an updated kitchen with a convection and air frier stove and dishwasher. Kitchen table seats 6 comfortable. Back yard is fully fenced in and is a SHARED back yard with our other Airbnb unit. It's located in the Jefferson-Westside neighborhood and is a great area to walk and bike. It's located within 2 blocks of the new bike path on 13th. The space The bottom floor has the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom and small office/ bedroom reading area. The house has been upgraded with central AC and heating. There is a mudroom/ laundry room off the back of the house. Guest access A driveway is available for parking. Other things to note The house has triple pain windows which reduces most noise from outside. On Checkout, we don't have a huge list of items to complete. We just ask that you leave it in good condition. Please take the garbage out and any food should be removed from the fridge.
