Simple air-conditioned studio apartment with a private bathroom and an outside covered wood patio overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Refrigerator, microwave, teakettle, and toaster oven are located inside the studio. An outdoor counter with a single burner stovetop and sink for light breakfast and snacks. Absolutely no smoking inside the studio. Check-in after 1 pm For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time. The space It is a basic but comfortable space with a magnificent view, with optional amenities which can make your stay all the more special. The apartment consists of a bed, couch and a private bathroom. Also there is a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, toaster and full size refrigerator as well as a small dining table. You are provided with a portable single burner stove top for cooking outside on the deck. Outside there is a larger dining table as well as a kitchen sink for washing and a drainboard. To the right of the deck there is an outside shower to wash off the sand upon return from the beach. Guest access Guests will have access to the studio and its covered deck. Once requested we can provide a parking space in our driveway, so your vehicle can be parked off the road. Other things to note You must descend two flights of steps to access the studio. Our dogs reside in our home above the studio, they have no access to the studio or unwanted interaction with guests. On occasion we may need access to our pump room which is located off to the side of the deck. We will always give you advance notice before accessing it. We own and run La Tartaruga an Italian restaurant in Buccoo Bay. If it suits your fancy your fridge can be stocked with food supplies and prepared meals at an extra cost with advance notice. Such as lasagna, cannelloni, pizza, pasta and desserts, our menu is available online.
