This home is open and spacious-- ideal for a small group of family and friends to enjoy quality time at this mineral water resort. The house has hardwood floors throughout, and the living space is open for cooking, dining and lounging. The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances. Off the dining area is a laundry space with washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a large closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and closet, and there is an additional bathroom in the hall. The home is stocked with pool towels, tennis and pickle ball equipment and pool toys so you can fully enjoy your vacation in the desert without ever leaving the resort. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, as well as all resort amenities. Sky Valley Resort is the desert's best kept secret. Cottages, tiny houses and mid-century style manufactured homes meander around the lakes and trails. There are 13 natural mineral pools in addition to hiking trails, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. You'll find a farmer's market every Wednesday and a little market + café at the clubhouse (open seasonally). Resort amenities and access are included with your stay. Other things to note **NOTE: The west side pools are closed May 11 - Aug 31, 2026 for renovation. Not to worry, the east side clubhouse still has two pools and 5 hot tubs, billiards and ping pong. Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest group to ensure you have a safe experience. Sky Valley is a secure, gated community. You will be provided a gate code upon your arrival. Two tandem parking spots are available in the driveway. Additional guest parking is available at the nearby clubhouse.
