Westview Mountain Cabin with Stunning Sunset Views

Westview is a charming North Georgia dog-friendly cabin offering rustic yet contemporary furnishings and a stunning mountain sunset view. It is located on a quiet road close to Carter's Lake, which offers fishing, boating and swimming. The cabin is close to hiking and mountain bike trails, wineries, and more. It is 15 miles from downtown Ellijay, and 30 miles from Blue Ridge . The living room and wraparound deck are perfect for lounging and offer beautiful mountain views year-round. The space This cabin sits on 5 acres and is privately nestled in the North Georgia Mountains, located just minutes from Carter's Lake. It was recently renovated with new furniture, appliances, and bath and kitchen upgrades. Enjoy sitting on our back deck and watching an amazing sunset, or make a fire and roast marshmallows around our fire pit. Along the entire back of the home stretches a lovely covered wraparound deck equipped with comfortable lounge furniture, a hammock, table and chairs for outdoor dining and a large gas grill. Sit back and soak in the beautiful mountain views while socializing with friends and family or having quiet alone time. There is also a gate to close off the deck so dogs can freely hang out with you. The open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and many windows make for a spacious breezy feeling in the home. WiFi is included as well as a dedicated office space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook. Coffee and tea are provided with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The large island offers a ton of counter space to prep for meals together, use the stove top, and hang out on the bar stools and socialize. The large main suite offers a queen bed and TV with Roku. The second bedroom has a full size bed and walk-in closet. A mini-crib and restaurant style high chair are available if needed for young ones. The second bath offers a bathtub and shower. There is a queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy a fire during your mealtime in the gas fireplace located in the large dining room. There is a second small desk located in the dining room as well. A large capacity washer and dryer are located off the kitchen with laundry detergent provided. For Dog Owners: We are dog friendly and charge $10 per dog per stay, and allow up to three dogs. We recently added a fenced-in dog play area located right next to our cabin that we share with two neighbors for dogs to freely romp. Please supervise your dog while they are playing in the fenced in play yard. Please keep your dog on a leash if they are outdoors and not in the play area. Please keep your dog off the furniture and beds. We are not able to accomodate cats. Our hope is that a stay in this peaceful place will leave you refreshed, renewed and ready to plan your next trip back to the North Georgia Mountains! Other things to note There is a no smoking policy in the cabin or on the deck. The road to our cabin is paved and is not extremely steep, but rather a steady but moderate grade as you drive to the cabin. Any vehicle could easily make the drive.
