The lake and free beach are just a few steps away. The 64 m² apartment can accommodate up to four people and has modern, stylish furnishings with attention to detail. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed and a spacious closet. In the combined living/dining area with open kitchen there is a high-quality leather sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet and washing machine. After an eventful day on Lake Constance, you can relax on the balcony with a glass of Lake Constance wine and enjoy the evening. The Seecharme apartment is an oasis of well-being that allows you to have a relaxing vacation. Arrival and parking: You can reach the apartment via the external stairs: about 37 steps from Bergstraße or 85 steps from the garage. The apartment is located behind the second door on the right. A duplex parking space (top, number 69) belongs to the apartment. Please note the dimensions (see pictures). The garage is accessible via the forest path (house number 27a). Right next to the garage are the garbage room (right) and a bicycle cellar (left). Important note: A linen package is available per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linen and sheets. The local tourist tax of the municipality is charged separately per night per person.
