Newly constructed hidden jewel of a home located in the lush valley of Santa Cruz; 10 minutes from Maracas Beach; 29 minutes from the Heart of The City - Port of Spain; public and private transportation is accessible. Close proximity to local food e.g. lobster roti, Green Market & groceries are all walking distance away. Safe & secure hired airport/all-round transportation available upon request. The space Master bedroom is en-suite and has a queen-sized bed, AC unit and beautiful nature/mountain view. Secure parking for 2 cars on premises. Not suitable for children 0-12yrs old. Guest access Private entrance and access to entire property. Other things to note 1. Guest (s) unfortunately won’t have access to the Sala de Estudio/ Oficina. This room has a separate & secure entrance to The Blue Moroccan Door. 2. The Sala de Estudio/ Oficina won’t be utilized by the Host until guests have checked-out unless necessary or for any unforeseen circumstance/emergency. 3. Guest(s) will be given prior notice (if applicable) via message or phone call. 4. There is to be no unaccounted/un-booked persons at the property - Extra guest fee 55USD 4b. Property is not suited for children 0-12yrs 5. There is to be no sleeping on the living room furniture. 6. All 3 bedrooms are fully equipped with AC units. There is 1 portable fan on location for guest(s) use. 7. The Property Manager(s) may visit the location to address the landscaping of the property or to rectify any maintenance issues. Guest(s) will be given prior notice via call/message. 8. Technical issues may arise if there is servicing of maintenance lines are required by local Internet/electrical or water providers (TTEC, FLOW & WASA) if applicable.
