We are 21 miles from downtown Austin, 13 miles from the new Samsung in Taylor, 24 miles from Starlink near Bastrop, and 20 miles from Tesla. Enjoy our thoughtfully designed space, featuring EV chargers, a 65" TV with surround sound, outdoor seating with gas grill, firepit, and a large covered porch with a spectacular view! Wide open spaces high above the creek provide a stellar view of the famous Texas sunsets & sunrises, as well as ideal space for star-gazing. You can also hike and explore amongst the trees along Cottonwood Creek! OUTSIDE: Relax outdoors directly under the expansive sky, or stay covered from rain (& sun!) under a huge covered porch featuring seating, a grill and a firepit. During the day, you're likely to see one of the many red-tailed hawks that frequent the area, as well as deer and turtles along the creek. You might also see coyotes and bobcats! Enjoy the wide open spaces for outdoor games and breathing that country air! By night, you can cozy up around the firepit, wrapped in blankets and roasting marshmallows while you gaze at the stars. No local noise ordinance is enforced, so you can play music to your heart's content! EV Chargers on property! INSIDE: Our custom-built container home features brand new appliances and furniture. Kitchen: Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator/Freezer, Dishwasher *Please Note: this home includes a large toaster oven (fits up to a 12-in pizza!) and brand new microwave, but *no standard oven*. We have a 2-burner inductive cooktop as a sustainable choice, and it actually cooks faster than a traditional stovetop! Stocked with everything you need including dishes, pots, pans, silverware, bottle opener, and basic spices.
