This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request. The space An artsy, plant-loving apartment with lots of natural light by day and very quiet and dark by night. Guest access You will have access to the entire 522sqft apartment and a portion of the front (unfenced) yard and your own private driveway. Other things to note Please note that you may hear us/kids/dogs during the day, including some afternoon piano practice, but we are quiet at night. We do our best to keep all noise levels low and provide disposable ear plugs and a fan for white noise in the unit.
