Guest access As a guest of Fish Tales, you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second and third floors. There are also coin operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors in the same room as the ice machines. Other things to note Welcome to unit #311 - Heavenly Hill, a nicely decorated 1 bedroom condo in the newly remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums. This unit has a private balcony with panoramic views of Aransas Bay. Relax in the hot tub overlooking Aransas Bay or cool off in the Laguna Reef swimming pool. Spend your evenings fishing from the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier and grill up your best catch at one of the outdoor grilling areas. Take your dog for a stroll through the quiet neighborhood where Laguna Reef is located (2 dogs maximum; no aggressive breeds). This cute condo has a recliner and a queen sized sleeper sofa across from the flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is also seating for three at the breakfast bar. The bedroom has coastal decor and a king sized bed. This unit also has wifi. All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience. Guests will also have access to a coin operated laundry facility. Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful lagoon area at the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space. Heavenly Hill is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option to purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well. Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques. This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum.
