Very large room in beautiful Perrysburg

We are happy to share our happy, sometimes somewhat chaotic, art-filled home with you! Brilliantly located just 5-8 minutes from I-80 / I-90, I-75 & I-475, our house is a quick drive to BGSU down quiet rural roads, and 3 minutes from Perrysburg’s Levis Commons' great restaurants and shops. The space We are happy to host you in one of the three bedrooms upstairs in our four-bedroom, 2,700 square foot house. Known by our children as the coveted "Long Room", it was the one for which all the kids engaged in their land-grab negotiations when we first moved into the house in 2012. : ) The "Long Room" is 26 feet long by 13 feet wide, with a substantial sitting/visiting area, plus a little entrance way and a cute dormer window space, all totaling approximately 375 square feet. As a comparison, my entire flat in London, England, where I lived before moving to this area, was just slightly bigger, so it's a joy to have so much space, not only in the "Long Room", but throughout the house. You will enjoy a king sized Tempur Pedic bed with 100% cotton bed linens and extra pillow. We provide a Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge, and thick, fluffy 100% cotton towels. You have use of a large bathroom, internet, Netflix, hulu and other internet services available via two flat screen tvs in the room, and use of our kitchen, piano room, patio deck, outdoor sitting area, and washer and dryer (if you can deal with our hopelessly cluttered basement). There is a three-car driveway in which to park. Our neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. You are welcome to take walks around our community lake (however, no swimming or fishing is allowed by the HOA). A short walk to our adjacent neighborhood, there is a park with swings, nice curvy slides, and other items for children, and a large space with soccer nets. Guest access As indicated above, you have use of a large bathroom, internet, Netflix, hulu and other internet services available via the flat screen tv in the room, and access to all the amenities of our home -- use of the kitchen and piano room (you're welcome to play our small grand piano), and washer and dryer (if you can deal with our hopelessly cluttered basement. Seriously, it's really bad right now due to pressures of work and health issues). There is patio deck in the backyard and a comfortable outdoor seating area under a lovely large tree in the side yard. There is a three-car driveway in which to park. As indicated above, other rooms may be available upon request. During your stay You are welcome to as much or as little of us as you wish. We are experienced world travelers, thus we are happy to provide any guidance as needed for the immediate region here in NW OH and SE MI; London, where Lara lived for nearly a decade; Tunisia, where she did her Ph.D. field research; Costa Rica, and various places in Europe. Other things to note We are a tremendously busy family, so we invite you to be willing to overlook some clutter here and there (but not in your private room) depending on our publication deadlines, etc. Also, we are brand new grandparents and help care for our granddaughter. Thanks in advance for this. We are, however, very quiet and give guests as much space and peace as they require.
