Feel right at home at this peaceful gated park with access to pool. Keep in mind that this a retired community and children under 15 are not welcome as it may be challenging to keep them in check.We ask you to adhere to all ground rules (no loud noises anytime, drive speed limit) if such rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave the premises. Full size washer/dryer inside home. High speed WiFi. Centrally located only minutes away from South Padre Island and Boca Chica Beach/Space X. The space Ground level - entrance, living room, one bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. The other part of the home is accessible through 3 short steps. We clean and disinfect every room in the house before each guest arrives. Rest assured that all beds will have fresh clean linens. We understand that traveling can sometimes be exhausting. To help you reenergize, snacks and cold waters will be provided. Also, please note that their is a small room which we use as storage which will be locked. You may access the back to get to the bbq grill through the outside. Guest access Entire home with exception to a storage room in the back of the home. Other things to note For any stays of 2 weeks or longer, you will have access to a free personalized tour of Starbase/Space X. Just let us know when booking so that we can schedule it. Please note that replacement of remote control will be $100 if lost. A/C will be set at 72 degrees- please do not change settings. If temperature needs to be adjusted, please let us know. Please do not wash towels or linens upon checkout. I clean and disinfect them for the next guests.
