SXSW 2014 Apartment

This apartment is available for the entirety of SXSW 2014, from 3/7 - 3/16. It is close to the festival as well as a food mart, restaurant, and greenbelt for decompression. The area is quiet but also has easy access to the highway and to downtown. The space This endearing apartment will make you feel right at home. With it's spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, and quiet acoustics, you'll feel as if it's your own place. The living room comes with a loveseat, warm lighting, and a dining table directly next to the kitchen. The bedroom has a full size bed along with wooden furniture with plenty of room for an air mattress. Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests will have easy access to the gym. Which comes with an elliptical, treadmill, weights, and a beautiful view of the pool. This enchanting pool comes with a waterfall that leads into a grotto. Privacy is guaranteed at the pool. For the active type, there is a tennis court, as well as a volleyball court. The complex also provides grills and picnic tables for outdoor fun! Laundry rooms are also accessible on the lot. The machines require coins but I will provide detergent for the guest.
