Ride your bike, hike or go fishing to the state park or stay and enjoy the awesome outdoor entertainment areas. The ideal home for your family reunion or other special occasion; this retreat sleeps up to 18 guests! The space This cozy main house has front and back porches with 3 bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths, full kitchen, breakfast room and living room. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom No. 2 has a queen bed with a private half bath, and Bedroom No. 3 has a full size bed and shared the main bathroom. All bathrooms are fully stocked with basic essentials. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed in a home away from home; The bedrooms and living room have smart TVs set up with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+. In a separate building is the bunk bed room house with 2 built-in queen over twin XL beds bunk beds, the laundry room and a restroom with a walk-in shower are also located in this space. A low ceiling, comfy attic space is located above this bunkhouse with 4 twin mattresses as well. The outdoor kitchen and grilling station are the perfect set up for entertaining. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, gas cooktop, and full size kitchen sink, as well as two fireplaces. The Grilling Station has 3 different kinds of grills to suit the chef in you. You are welcome to use everything you see inside and out. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Must notify host for gatherings or events of more than 16 guests or if you plan on having daytime visitors, pre-approval is required and fees will apply. $30 per guest for daytime visitors. No more than 16 guests are allowed for overnight stays. Daytime venue rental is available for up to 40 guests, inquire about rental rates. Guest access You will have access to the entire space except locked storage areas and the upstairs apartment Other things to note Our home is completely fenced with several gates in front and behind the property. The 20’ back gate and the driveway are spacious enough to fit a large boat under a 20’x30’ carport. There is plenty of space to park vehicles inside and outside the property. No RVs or camping tents allowed, unless pre-approved. Please no smoking inside the living areas, smoking is allowed outside. Place all cigarette butts in ashtrays located throughout the property. We appreciate all dishes be washed, lights be turned off and dirty towels placed in the laundry room at the end of your stay. The property is equipped with various propane grills, wood burning fire places and fire ring. The owners are not responsible for any accident that may occur while using any of these amenities. If any of the grills are used, please ensure that the valves are fully closed at the end of each use. One propane bottle will be included with each grill; firewood can be provided at $1 a piece or you can bring your own. request must be made prior to arrival. Trash bins are located throughout the property for your convenience. Pets are allowed for $150 additional pet fee (2 pets max), please keep all pets off furniture. Pick up after your pets, bags are provided. Please keep in mind this is country living so be aware of natures little critters that may show up occasionally.
