It is a spacious, PET FRIENDLY, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, with a private fenced-in patio. It is ideally located just 0.5 miles to Barnes street public beach access and Nags Head Woods which features walking trails and Sound access. A short drive to popular restaurants, coffee and surf shops, shopping, Jockeys Ridge State Park, and the Wright Brothers National Monument. The space Climate controlled Split A/C, Free Wifi, Free Parking BEDROOM: Queen sized bed, dresser, closet, end tables with built-in outlets, ceiling fan. There is a queen sized blow up mattress and sheets in the closet if needed. ***Newly expanded outdoor patio/backyard space. LIVING ROOM: 55" TV with Roku, Sectional couch that converts to a full size bed, 4 person dining table, and ceiling fan. *The linens and pillows for the pull-out sofa are stored under the longer section of the couch. KITCHEN: 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven (with built in air fryer), microwave, toaster, sink, full-size refrigerator with Brita, Keurig, full set of pots/pans, drink-ware, dishes and utensils. Propane grill located on the patio. OUTDOOR LIVING: Patio with dining set, private fenced in yard, and Propane grill. ***Newly expanded fenced in yard. NOTES: Please include your pet(s) in your reservation. There is a $50 pet fee total per reservation. *Owners/hosts live in a separate unit on the second floor. Please do not use back door by the microwave that leads to the Owner's portion of the back yard. *** We have a blue heeler dog that uses the fenced in portion of our part of the yard and a white cat that is indoor/outdoor that may be seen roaming around the property but is skittish. **Queen size inflatable air mattress available in bedroom closet Guest access Guests have access to the private lower-level suite as well as a private fenced-in side yard area with a patio, grill, and outdoor dining set. Please do not use the back door by the microwave, as that leads to the owner's portion of the back yard. Other things to note Bed linens/bath towels, toiletries, mini set of shampoo/conditioner and shower gel, and initial set of K-cups and cream/sugar will be provided. Please do not take bath towels to the beach. Additional linens and towels available upon request.
