There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second and third floors. There are also coin operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors in the same room as the ice machines. Enjoy gorgeous views of Aransas Bay from the balcony of this cute beach condo. Sunbathe in the Laguna Reef swimming pool or relax in the hot tub. Guests will have access to a 1000 foot lighted fishing pier which is great for bird watching as well as fishing! There are also multiple grilling areas if you want to cook up your catch of the day! The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably sleep up to 4 people. The living room is bright and open with large windows overlooking the bay and a cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom has a walk in tiled shower and coastal decor. All linens and towels will be provided for your convenience. Guests can also use the coin operated machines in the laundry room. Bravewave is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing and gives you the option to purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. There is also a boat ramp. We have a list of fishing guides on our site as well. Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques. This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water.
