Lost Items

We understand that sometimes personal items may be inadvertently left behind during your stay. In such cases, we are committed to helping you retrieve your lost belongings. To facilitate the return of your items, we charge a basic handling fee of $50, which covers the efforts of our team to locate, package, and ship the lost items. In instances where the items require packaging larger than a standard envelope or incur additional postage costs, these charges will be added to the handling fee.

Once we have successfully located and packaged your lost items, we will promptly notify you of the total cost and arrange for payment. Upon receiving payment, we will ship your belongings to your preferred address, ensuring their safe and timely return.
