The space Large new 210 m2 single-story house. The ceiling height (3 m) and the large openings allow pleasant ventilation, even in the middle of the day. All rooms are spacious and functional: 3 bedrooms including one air-conditioned, modern equipped kitchen, living room with Netflix smart TV and Wi-Fi connection, two full bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo and hand soap available, terrace with table for your meals, as well as a laundry room equipped with a free washing machine and dryer. A 46 m2 covered garage can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, all on a large enclosed garden (1200 m2), with some fruit trees (soursop, banana and grapefruit) and an electric gate. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, i.e. all the rooms of the house, the covered garage, as well as the garden. Other things to note On the Pointe Vénus site itself, there is everything you need to eat such as: -          "Mama's beach house", where you can have an aperitif and enjoy a wide range of menus based on meat, burgers and fresh fish provided by our local fishermen. -          "Pizza du phare", makes excellent pizzas from fresh products.   At the small "Toa hiro" dock, you can see the return of fishermen in "poti marara", an iconic Polynesian boat, or call on providers of nautical activities such as kite surfing and foil. You don't miss anything when you live at Pointe Vénus, everything is nearby, Hypermarket, car rental, general practitioner, pharmacy and good places to eat with friends.   It's a good place to stay, the setting is quiet and ventilated.
