Welcome to your home away from home in Roanoke! A private, fenced-in backyard is perfect for unwinding after traveling. The 2 bedrooms offer great sleeping arrangments with comfortable linens and fresh towels for every guest. Traveling with kids? The home includes a bookcase full of games and books, a pack n’ play, stroller, and baby walker available for guests! We’ve loved hosting for the past 8 years and are readily available for any guest questions! Other things to note There is a guest house on the adjacent property, and their gravel driveway runs beside the house on the right. Please only park in our paved driveway to the left of the yard. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. Any tobacco or vape materials left will result in high fines of $100 or more. This a quiet, quaint neighborhood. We have a strict no party policy and no extra guests (besides what the reservation was made for). We will fine up to $250 for any parties that happen on this property or for extra guests. Ask us about our pet policy. We have an additional fee and stringent rules regarding pets. The fee is $50-$100 depending on how many pets and how long the guests are staying. Pets are not allowed on furniture, on linens or blankets, and do not use provided towels for pets. Pets that shed excessively are not allowed to roam inside. They may enjoy the fenced in yard and be crated in the home if guests wish for them to be inside (during inclement weather, at night, when home alone, etc). If excessive pet hair or pet stains are found on furniture or on linens, a higher fee will be applied. Do not use the shower to bathe pets. There is an unfinished basement that has a locked door with a keypad. There is nothing in the basement for guests- yet! We dream of finishing this area of the house one day. For now, it is an empty, unused space.
