I invite you to stay in my comfortable, clean Visalia house from which from which the Tulare County Ag Conference is easily accessible. The house is fully furnished. Though close to downtown Visalia, there is lots of privacy. The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and dining. There is a large comfortable sofa as well as modern gas fireplace in the living room, as well as a 40" smart tv. The laundry room includes new washer and dryer. A large fenced backyard is a treat for those traveling with dogs. The bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and ample closets with lovely dressers. The 2-sink bathroom has bath and shower. 2 bedrooms, living and dining rooms, kitchen laundry room, full bathroom. You have the house to yourself. The backyard is spacious and you are welcome to feast on whichever fruit Is in season. I enjoy meeting my houseguests and doing what I can to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Quiet, comfortable neighborhood. I have known some of the neighbors for over 40 years. An irrigation canal (Tulare County is in the heart of California agriculture) runs beside the property. On the other side of the property is the sports yard for Divisadero Jr High School. Behind the back fence is a City Park. A fully stocked Best Buy market is within walking distance, about a half mile away. Downtown, with many wonderful local restaurants and breweries, is within 3 miles. It is only a couple of miles to highway 198, which provides an easy ride to the Sequoia National Forest.
