And just a couple of blocks from the Beautiful sandy beaches of the Bay - the beach access has abundant parking as well. We are pet friendly with plenty of room to allow your little friends to run and play! This set up is perfect for your 4 legged friends - with tile floors, don't worry about the sand that is sure to follow you in. Clean up is a breeze. FYI, it is an older home with the flaws and character you would expect of an 80 year old house. As such, this may not be the perfect home for everyone. We still have the single pane windows, a wood burning fire place and some of the older plumbing and fixtures. We do not offer perfection, but a comfortable place to enjoy nature and the Bay Beaches while you make wonderful family memories! ** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION - this unit is for family units ONLY!
