The space Located minutes from Lake Success and the River Island Golf course with easy access to Giant Sequoia National Monument and 15 min to Porterville. This location offers indoor and outdoor space, a large 14x17 deck with grill, and outdoor eating and lounging areas. The 300 sf studio's kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, large toaster oven to bake with, microwave, electric cooktop, sink with purified water, coffee and tea station with a Keurig, pour over, french press and grinder (we love our coffee). Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively yours and you are free to walk around our 11 acre ranch, through our green pastures and up steep hillsides. We do have another guest house in addition to our home on the property and ask that you respect those spaces and their privacy.
