However, the house is completely private and exclusive to guests during their stay. We accept pets in the house, however, we ask that guests communicate in advance the intention to bring the pet and comply with the basic rules of hygiene and cleanliness during the stay. The house is strictly non-smoking. We ask that guests smoke only in the backyard and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Parking is free and available on the street in front of the house.
