The owners have installed over-sized a/c's in villa to ensure that no matter how hot the tropical sun, you will always be cool in this fully a/c'd villa. The space The impressive 2022 renovation of Sea La Vista, by the owners Richard and Lana, has transformed the villa space, allowing you to immerse yourself in this luxurious modern accommodation during your vacation. The Villa has a Master Suite with walk-in closet and bathroom; a Guest Suite also has its own walk in closet and bathroom. In 2022 the owners created a new upper "Sky Loft" with the Sky loft's Guests having their own "rain" shower bathroom downstairs, created just with them in mind by the owners. Guest access The Villa is complete with its own Plunge pool, deck and Stainless Steel Grilling Station for the master chef in you :-) For those seeking adventure there is a Floating dock, lagoon and Golf course for you to explore, the resort has it all. Other things to note The Villa is located in the Cluster Development of Tobago Plantations, a wildlife sanctuary and reknown 18-hole golf course, facing the Atlantic Ocean and providing a stellar backdrop from every vantage point. Guests are allowed full access to the waterfront via The Magdalena Grand Hotel, with its restaurants good places to patronize whilst staying at Sea La Vista.
