LITTLE OASIS, situated on one of the prettiest two-acre private estates at Mt Irvine, Tobago, is just 25 mins. drive from the Airport and 35 mins. from the Ferry Terminal. Neighboring the Mt Irvine beach facilities and Golf Course, you'd love being conveniently positioned to many handy amenities and to some of the best beaches this side of the Caribbean Sea. The space LITTLE OASIS, Luxury Apartment... an incredible 1205sq ft (112sq M) Though the apartment is spacious, we take great pride in providing our registered guests with a super comfortable and pampered experience, accommodating up to a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child, with special arrangements to include one infant under the age of two years old. This Apartment has an indulgent King en-suite; exceptionally well kitted out kitchen; al fresco dining; screened French-doors offering an indoor-outdoor experience; single level with no steps to enter; covered porch with amazing garden views; a birder's bliss; gated estate; secure parking; large swimming pool; private grounds. Guest access Guests can take a walk (20mins) across the golf-course greens to the nearby neighborhood beaches. Amenities like supermarkets, convenience store, chemist, petrol station, banks, beaches, bakeries and restaurants are a close 10/15 minute drive away. Guests can bring their car over on the Ferry, or pick up a rental on arrival from one of the many Car rental companies near the Airport. Some offer children's car seats if required. For those who prefer not to drive, guests can hire a private driver/tour operator to take them around or do the 20 minute walk to the main road for Street taxis. After driving through the security gates onto the estate, guests can conveniently park alongside the Apartment, less than 10 strides from their private entrance. Other things to note Guests are offered flexible check in and check out considerations upon request. Beach towels and pool towels are provided so no need to pack these items. No pool parties, events or loud music, supports a thoughtful level of consideration to all registered guests, while sharing amenities on this tranquil estate. For your safety and that of others, only registered guests can overnight, to avoid any security risks to guests and residents on the estate. Being mindful of the guidance provided will ensure a very pleasant stay.
