The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, spacious dining area, and living room with gas fireplace. A private bedroom suite and laundry area complete the first floor. Upstairs, unwind in the family room with a pool table and gas fireplace, or step onto the balcony for stunning views day and night! Three bedrooms and bathroom complete the second story. Large dock over the water. The space Beautiful property located in the Tahoe Keys, a private residential area. We are a 15 minute drive away from Heavenly Village, a 5 minute drive away from the beach, and a three minute drive from the Outdoor/Indoor Pool that you may access. This property is ON the water and we offer paddle boards/sleds for summer and winter seasons. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with a large king/queen bed, and one with bunk beds. There is a large bathroom upstairs with two large sinks and shower. There is also a master living room upstairs with amazing views, a balcony, a fireplace, and a pool table (we call it the "game room"). Downstairs there is another one bedroom with attached bathroom. The lower level also has a beautiful living and dinning area as well as a full kitchen with appliances. We have a wonderful backyard yard with a barbecue as well as a dock to swim off of, fish, or tan. There is a double garage and driveway that can fit up to four vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to Tahoe Keys amenities (with registration through the Guest House office), including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, volleyball and basketball courts, and scenic walking paths. paddle boards are welcome--you can launch right from the dock. Other things to note TKPOA Vacation Renter Nuisance Policy: TKPOA has a zero tolerance policy from vacation renters regarding the following types of behavior violations: OVER - OCCUPANCY NOISE VIOLATIONS DESCTRUCTION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY SPEEDING IN OUR CHANNELS TRESPASSING ON NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES FISHING FROM DOCKS UNLEASHED DOGS If a complaint is filed with our member services department or the local police department, a $1000.00 fine (per each occurrence) will be imposed
