There are over 200 very positive reviews! ;) In Copa (practically Bairro Peixoto), on Rua Santa Clara. It's 5 minutes from the beach. Renovated flat with large balcony and view of Corcovado! It's beautiful, with a Smart TV, air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom, new bedding and towels, open kitchen. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a closet with hangers and a desk. In the living room, there is 1 sofa bed. In the case of a family with a baby, we have a portable crib. Pet friendly (just let us know and keep it clean)! The space The apartment was completely renovated in February 2023, that is, it is brand new! It has a large living room with an open kitchen. It has all the kitchen utensils, as well as good lighting. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a smart TV. It also has a radio with bluetooth. And some books, magazines. In the bedroom, there is a large closet with hangers and space for luggage. There's a desk in the bedroom, too. The Wi-Fi is great, and we usually work a lot from here. Excellent for people traveling alone, or a couple, or a family with up to 2 children. We can arrange an extra mattress if needed. Guest access The building has a small swimming pool (good for children) and a 24-hour doorman. Other things to note It is located on Rua Santa Clara, next to bakeries, ice cream parlors, drugstores, supermarkets, laundromats, beauty salons. There is absolutely EVERYTHING nearby, in addition to being very close to the Siqueira Campos subway. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. The location is really excellent. ;)
