Our retreat is peaceful, surrounded by nature and with an excellent structure! There are 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites) and 5 bathrooms, ideal for families or groups of friends. The living room is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is modern and well ventilated, equipped with everything you need. But the highlight of our place is undoubtedly our outdoor area with heated Jacuzzi, barbecue, games table and modern lighting. Don't miss out on the opportunity to enjoy this very peaceful place, but also perfect for a review! The space The space is a blend of modern with that touch of grandpa and grandma's farm. The internet is fiber optic and has long-range Wi-Fi throughout the property. Perfect for home office. The 48" TV has all the streaming and IPTV with all the channels. For a little entertainment, we have old-school video games with all the games from Super Nintendo, PS1, Mega Drive, Atari, etc. We also have a ping pong table, playing cards, JBL speaker, board games such as Parcheesi, Checkers, etc. But if you want to disconnect, here you wake up to the sound of birds, have coffee admiring the landscape, enjoy the sunny day in the Jacuzzi having a barbecue and socializing with family or friends. The night is a charm apart with our clothesline of lights on our lawn, a portable fireplace for the chill and special lighting in our Jacuzzi and our trees around the house. Whether day or night, winter or summer, it won't be a problem to enjoy our Jacuzzi for up to 16 people seated, as it has electric heating that makes the water always warm, almost like Caldas Novas in the middle of Minas Gerais! We installed remote controls that make it easier to heat the SPA and operate the hydromassage. Our outdoor shower is under a Jaboticabeira tree to cool off in the midst of nature. Our outdoor bathroom has a glass ceiling, so you can enjoy a bath or shower while gazing at the sky or stars. We have many hammocks spread around the outdoor area to relax or read a book. And to take a nice picture and tag us on social media, we have a swing full of character, but we also have a root swing under a magnificent hose leftover to relax or swing really high! Guest access Feel at home, because the space is all yours, except for the pasture, which is only for the cows...lol Other things to note Our caretaker loves little dogs that run loose on the property. The property has 5 hectares and plenty of room for them. If you don't like dogs, please let us know.
