Conveniently located between Snow Summit, Bear Mountain and Big Bear Lake, Meadow View Escape has it all! HOT TUB, POOL TABLE, KAYAKS, FISHING GEAR, BIKES, and SLEDS are all included with your rental! This home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults + 2 kids, and promises an unforgettable escape to play, relax and reconnect. Behind this beautiful home is a quiet, protected meadow, perfect for assuring a peaceful afternoon surrounded by nature or a private evening in the hot tub! The space This home offers high speed internet/WiFi (200mbps/download), and Roku. Comfortable, clean beds. Private, secluded, and fenced backyard with beautiful meadow view. Large patio with hot tub and BBQ, fueled by direct gas hook up. The kitchen is remodeled and fully stocked with coffee pot, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, and plenty of utensils to assure a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer (laundry detergent not provided), and room fans/heaters are available. For your entertainment: 5 smart, flat screen TVs; a 63" TV in living room. Pool table and dartboard. 4 Bicycles: mountain and cruiser. 2 Kayaks for summer months (guests responsible for transporting kayaks to the lake). Laminate flooring throughout. Vons, Stater Brothers and The Village are all just 2 miles from the home. • Wood burning fire place (must bring your own firewood) • There is NO central air conditioning (A/C), like many Big Bear homes. • Central heating available in the house. • For safety reasons, we do not permit pets or animals on the property. Must be 21+ to rent. No Pets. No Parties. No Smoking/Vaping/Drugs of any kind in or on property. Violations may result in full party eviction. The house entrances are monitored by cameras. Big Bear Lake has strict noise and occupancy rules. These City Mandated Rules are as follows: 1) All music must be kept at a level that cannot be heard past the fence line. 2)Hot tub use is off limits between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. 3) Parking is limited to 3 cars on the property. No Street Parking allowed. 4) Maximum Occupancy for this property is 6 Adults + 2 Children. Unfortunately, these are city ordinances that we have no control over. If noise complaints or other code violations are called in, Code Compliance officers have the power to issue fines to the Guest upwards of $1,500 and/or evict renters at their discretion without refund. IDs will be requested for verification after booking and during the check in and a good neighbor form is required to be signed by the city. ** Oct - Apr: Check the road conditions before traveling up the mountain. Chains may be required ** Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. There is a fenced in backyard and large driveway in the front of the house. Other things to note Winter Parking & Snow Removal Information: • We ensure the driveway is plowed before your check-in for easy access. However, if it snows during your stay, guests are responsible for clearing their vehicles using the provided snow shovel. • If you prefer to have the driveway plowed again during your stay, we may be able to arrange it for an additional fee, subject to availability.
