Upstairs-full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room (sofa sleeper, murphy bed and a twin cot) playground, splashpad and 1 pool outside your door! Full washer/dryer, cable/wifi provided. BBQ grills throughout the complex. Balcony bay view! Has 2 pools! The space Located upstairs is the fully equipped kitchen, living area/dinning and one FULL bathroom! The couch in living room turns into a queen sized sofa sleeper and the entertainment center turns into a queen sized murphy bed. Downstairs you will find the master bedroom which has a king size bed, private spacious bathroom and door to patio that leads straight to pool, splashpad and playground! Second bedroom is also located downstairs and has a queen size bed with loft bunk beds which has two twin size mattresses. This bedroom also has a private bathroom. Enjoy the views this casita has to offer from the top patio which includes Packery Channel water view, pool, splashpad and playground! All bedrooms have a TV! Guest access Our guests will have a key that will give them access to BOTH pools in the complex! They will also have access to the playground and splashpad which is located just steps away from their front door. There are also grills around the casita complex and one RIGHT next to the patio of this townhome. Other things to note This casita has 2 designated parking spots and plenty of other guest parking nearby.
