Enjoy your stay in this 12x13 private bedroom with queen sized bed and attached private 12x8 bathroom. There is a comfy couch, wall-mounted TV, chair and desk, and a full sized closet. Bathroom also features a large vanity, shower/tub, and two closets. Wi-Fi is available, there is a washer and dryer on site, and a large fully stocked kitchen. The space Cozy and newly renovated home with fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of on-site parking space. The vaulted kitchen is complete with an island with plenty of countertop and cabinet space. The refrigerator is organized by shelf for each guest. The dining area opens out to the patio with wood fire pit, hammock and outdoor workplace, and the yard is completely fenced in with a 6 ft wood privacy fence. Home is situated on a spacious lot within walking distance of Historic Downtown Lebanon and McKendree College, and is a mere 30 minutes from St. Louis. Guest access When arriving you will notice the spacious lot with plenty of parking. There is a security camera outside and a keypad on the door. You will be provided a key to your room and the codes are changed every time a guest departs for your safety and security. If for whatever reason I need to access your room I will never under any circumstances do so without getting your explicit permission. During your stay I'm available to my guests whenever they need.
