(Previous guest did not know we have bottom gate to walk to shops/bus). Take some time to chill, work or relax in complete privacy, enjoy the pool or play tennis on our full size court. Home cooked meals possible for a fee. Air con living areas. Your bedroom has ceiling fan. The space Comfy Lounge in living room with Foxtel, Netflix. Make yourself at home in the kitchen! Your bedroom is at the back of the house and peaceful and private. My bedroom is at the front. We share a large bathroom. Extra toilet downstairs. You are only sharing the place with myself so it is very peaceful! I will always give you plenty of space if you are home. I do work from home sometimes and am also away a lot so there will be times you will have the place to yourself! Small work desk and comfy couch in your room. Plenty of parking as the townhouse is opposite the visitors car park. There is a full size tennis court, lovely pool and also a brand new bbq and picnic area between the pool and tennis court. Some lovely areas to explore with the sea nearby. Walk through the bottom entrance and across the road to access a track along the pretty creek across to a beautiful park. Perfect for running, riding, walking, reading! 2 major shopping centres in walking distance. Wellington point is only about 7 minutes and has a lovely little village and beachfront as does Cleveland. Catch the ferry to the beautiful bay islands from Victoria point and Redland bay! Guest access Make yourself at home. I will ensure you have key to security screen and front door. During your stay I am often busy and fairly private but happy to interact for a glass of wine or coffee if our planets align and more than happy always to share local knowledge and recommendations!
