Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and queen pull-out sofa. Fully stocked with kitchen essentials, board games, and beach toys. Pet-friendly on a case-by-case basis. Relax on the deck, rinse off sand at the outdoor hose, and enjoy easy access to events, restaurants, and beach fun! The space Cozy Oceanside Condo Steps from the Beach 🏖️ Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This cozy oceanside condo offers covered parking right under the building and is located just a few steps from the beach, directly across from the convention center. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all the action—car shows, bike week, parades, or simply a day soaking up the sun. Comfort & Convenience 🏡 The condo is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, relax, and sleep comfortably. Keyless entry with a personalized code makes check-in effortless, and we provide essential supplies to help you settle in, including: • Laundry detergent • Dishwasher pods • Dish soap • Hand soap • Trash bags • New sponge • Lysol cleaning products • Pet stain remover To help you get started, we also provide 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. For longer stays, guests should plan to bring additional toiletries, as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are not provided. Relax & Unwind Outdoors ☀️ Step out onto the deck to enjoy a refreshing summer breeze, watch the sunset, or take in the excitement across Coastal Highway. After a day at the beach, rinse off sand with the outdoor hose located near the dumpster. The patio also has a table and chairs—perfect for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. Fun for Everyone 🎲 You’ll find a selection of card and board games in the unit, perfect for a relaxing night in after a day at the beach! We kindly ask that when you’re finished playing, you take a quick moment to make sure all pieces are returned to the box so the next guests can enjoy them too. After all, everyone has more fun when no pieces go missing 😊. Pet-Friendly Stay 🐾 We’re happy to welcome your furry family members! To help keep the space comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that pets are well-managed during your stay. The condo is equipped with stainless steel dog bowls, poop bags, vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan, and Swiffer. If your dog is a heavy shedder, please utilize the vacuum throughout your stay. This helps maintain the longevity of the furniture as well as cleaning turnover time between our guests. For everyone’s enjoyment, dogs must always remain on a leash when outdoors, and all pet waste must be promptly picked up and disposed of in the dumpster. While we understand that pets may bark from time to time, excessive barking can be disruptive to other homeowners and guests in the building, so we ask that this is minimized whenever possible. If any concerns or complaints arise, guests may be asked to return to the unit to tend to their pet. Pets with high anxiety should be crated when left unattended. A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay 🛏️ To help keep everything running smoothly, we kindly ask guests to rinse off excess sand outdoors before using the indoor shower or tub, as sand can sometimes cause slow drainage. Beach towels and chairs are not provided; however, rentals are easily available nearby or in advance. Please check our Guidebook for our favorite local recommendations. Guest access Memorial Day- Labor Day: We cannot accommodate an early check-in or late check-out. Please plan to check-in at 4:00pm and check-out by 11:00am. Other things to note Minimum age for booking is 25 years old. During peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) we have a 3-night minimum and do not allow check in/out on Saturdays.
