This resort like property has three buildings separated by a large courtyard. This listing is for the main house (front house) and a private one bedroom suite/cottage in a separate building. Patio area is reserved exclusively for this listing's guests. The main house downstairs has two bedrooms (one bedroom has an extra firm king mattress which is good for people with lower back pain. The other downstair bedroom has a medium firm queen mattress) and one bathroom. The oriental themed upstairs loft bedroom suite has a comfort queen mattress and is set up with a tea/laptop table area and a double sized tatami mat. It has a separate door/lock for privacy and is also equipped with surround sound/TV for your private enjoyment. There is a futon mattress for the tatami mat to make it more comfortable. The private one bedroom one bathroom suite with own entrance comes with two XL twin beds, a wet bar/kitchenette. Only one shared wall with a garage. No other walls are shared. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, plates and cups for two people. There is no stoves, pots and pans for meal cooking. The bedroom which has its own door/lock is on the small side but as you can see fits two XL twin beds comfortably. The beds can be pushed together to form a standard sized Cal King Bed if desired. There is also a small desk/chair for using laptop/writing. Private bathroom has a shower, sink and an electronic bidet seat toilet. The house is centrally located in the center of Silicon Valley close to many high tech companies such as Apple, G, Intel, Nvidia. De Anza College is just a few minutes away. It is also close to many top schools such as The Harker School. Walking distance to parks and many restaurants/supermarket. Main Street Cupertino is also within walking distance. There are many kinds of plants and flowers in the courtyard. Some maybe toxic to dogs and cats. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house, the patio and the cottage (suite). secondary driveway can also be reserved for guest exclusive use if needed. Other things to note * Electric vehicle charging can be arranged during guest's stay if needed for a nominal fee. * There is a secondary driveway that fits up to 25' RV. Please give me a heads up if you plan to use it. * Hosts use the back house (which is separated from the house and the cottage by a large courtyard).
