In this beautiful, bright and centrally located studio in the Concepción neighbourhood, in a very quiet area, close to the centre of Madrid. In addition, you will enjoy free parking on the premises. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in the city, our studio is the ideal option for you. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the centre of Madrid, you'll be able to enjoy all that the city has to offer without having to sacrifice the peace and comfort that our flat offers. You will also enjoy a quiet and safe area, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work, so don't hesitate to book your stay in our studio and enjoy Madrid to the fullest! Features that my guests enjoy: -Location in a quiet residential area, but at the same time close to several shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. -Public transport: it is well served by several bus lines and within walking distance of the Ciudad Lineal metro station. -Parks and green areas: it is close to several parks, including the Parque del Calero and the Parque de la Quinta de los Molinos, which are ideal for walking and sports. -Cultural heritage: it is close to the Buero Vallejo Cultural Centre and the Municipal Auditorium of Ciudad Lineal, where numerous cultural activities and events take place. -Accessibility: the area has wide, accessible pavements and is close to the M-30 ring road, making it easy to get to and from the area by car. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For reasons of hygiene, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea will not be provided. Guests must bring or purchase these products on their own. There is also a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, heating (heat pump) and air conditioning. Other features you should be aware of: -This is a residential area and can be quite for most of the day, but there can be some noise in the morning hours due to street traffic. - Parking is available on the premises. Please ask in advance to have it ready for your arrival. If you wish to book the car park, it is necessary to request it in advance. A deposit of €100 is required, which has to be paid online. At the end of your stay and after confirming that everything is in order, we will refund the deposit. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Baby cot option available for travellers with infants for an additional extra charge of 30€ - Highchair also available for an extra charge of 20€ - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30€ and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Communicate your needs in advance to prepare them for your stay. Guest access The closest metro stops to the flat are: - "Barrio de la Concepción" station (Line 7) at 3 minutes walking distance. - Parking is available on the premises. Be careful with the keys. Other things to note When you arrive at the apartment, I will greet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. In any case, I will visit you in the apartment once you have checked in. Free check-in takes place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key delivery. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. For self check-in we have the option to pick up the keys at a nearby establishment located 10 minutes away. The check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to receive you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the apartment. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Please note that: - In case of loss or breakage of the garage door opener, the guest will be charged €80. Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the garbage every day, especially during the summer months. There are garbage cans on each floor of the building. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the reservation is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests over 16 years of age. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the reservation. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST APARTMENT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CUSTOMER. In case you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be picked up at a location other than the accommodation.
