The space Home from home, this property is well-equipped to make your stay comfortable and easy. - It is a two storey house with all rooms located in the upper floor. - Open plan light-filled living spaces with air conditioning - Three separate sitting areas - Ceiling fans throughout - Large functional kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a good selection of cookware, tableware and utensils. - Butlers pantry offers additional cooking space as well as a washing machine and patio door access to the washing line - Spacious office with two desks - Ground floor powder room - First-floor seating area - Three good size bedrooms (two side by side), all with robes and fans. - The king bedroom is separated from the single bedroom by a permanently fixed closed door which may not be fully soundproofed - Spacious bathroom with separate toilet and twin vanity - Stunning private inground pool with sun loungers - Undercover outdoor dining table - Established manicured gardens - A few minute's walk to shops and local pub/restaurant. Permission needs to be sought from the property owners before using these photos for whatever purpose Guest access Self check-in No access to the garage, the additional bedroom upstairs, garden sheds, space under the staircase and 'no-entry' areas. Other things to note In order that you have realistic expectations about the property we would appreciate if you could kindly note the the following: 1. The main bedroom with the king bed and the adjoining single room is separated by a permanently fixed door so these two rooms may not be perfectly soundproof. 2. No barbecue facilities are provided within the house but the park opposite the property has a barbecue near the tennis court and the exercise node. 3. External tiled areas can be slippery so please exercise due care. 4. Separate pool towers not provided. 5. Two surveillance cameras on the property are listed on the AirBnb website. The camera in the rear garden is not turned towards the pool except to the left most corner on the garden side to assess the water level. The camera in the front is focussed on the driveway, main entrance, and the key area. There are no cameras inside the house. 6. Guests should refrain from tampering with the cameras and water regulating settings in the garden and the pool. If there are any issues, please get in touch with us. 7. Cars may be parked within the premises on the driveway. 8. Occasionally but rarely, host may access the garage externally.
