The space This spacious and well-appointed second-floor apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable stay in our tropical oasis. Equipped with all the essentials and more—including WiFi, cable, Netflix, and air conditioning in the bedrooms, it ensures a relaxing experience. The décor and furnishings are inspired by the elegant Royal Tern, a bird often seen along the sandy shores of Courland Bay. Child friendly add on's such as pack n play, high chair, baby swing, safety railing and stroller available upon request prior to arrival. Other things to note The property consists of 3 units / apartments. The parking area, beach, salt water pool and laundry room are all shared. Secured parking on the compound for 1 vehicle per unit is provided . A welcome folder which provides recommendations for restaurants, cafes, places to visit, things to do and some information about the unit is left in the unit. Please note that a member of our team or the owner is always on-site to ensure your comfort and security throughout your stay. We also share our space with Mochi, and Courly our two friendly rescue dogs, who loves gentle interactions with guests. Our lush garden is home to local wildlife such as iguanas, parrots, squirrels, hummingbirds, cocricos, and more. We do our best to create a safe, welcoming environment for both our guests and the animals that naturally visit the property.
