Our property is about 4,000 square meters, on a steep slope, with access to the sea via the rocks. They are two separate cottages, but always rented together, to ensure your privacy. Each chalet has a spacious en-suite, with a double bed and two single futons, with air-conditioning and a blackout curtain. In the upper chalet, we also have a full kitchen and a dining table for 8 people. In the lower chalet, we have a living room, with a small support kitchen. Between the two cottages are the barbecue and pizza oven. All leisure areas are for your exclusive use; there is no sharing with other guests. We only check out on Saturdays for reservations with a minimum of 10 nights. To complete your booking ending on a Saturday, please write to the host. Guest access On our coast, in addition to the swimming pool with a fantastic view of the sea, we have private access by stairs and a small paved trail to a beautiful and spacious rocky area, with plenty of room to spend long hours. Our property is the only one that can access this magnificent location, perfect for watching the sunset over the sea. The views are breathtaking and there is nothing better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. For those who come in the winter months, don't be surprised if you spot a whale! Our area in the south of Ilhabela is a passage point for humpback whales from May to August. Those in the know are aware: Ilhabela in the middle of the year is all good! The garage has room for guests to park two cars at no cost. Additional vehicles can be parked outside the gate, at the garage entrance. Other things to note We provide sheets, duvets, blankets and bath, face and pool towels at no additional cost. Our kitchen is equipped with pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and utensils. We recommend bringing food and beverages. There is a large refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen and a minibar in the downstairs kitchenette. We have a stove, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine and other appliances. In the Borrifos neighborhood, there is no cell phone signal, so we have Wi-Fi in both cottages, with a fiber connection. We also provide radios to facilitate contact with caretakers and among guests. There are many stairs everywhere and our property is unfortunately not accessible, so we do not recommend the place if anyone in your group has mobility difficulties. The mosquitoes are most active in the early morning and late afternoon, but at night they also go to sleep.
