Smoking is permitted only in the patio. Smoking or Drinking near the swimming pool is not allowed. 3️⃣ Hygiene & Sanitization: All Da Alohas properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every guest's arrival. 4️⃣ Parking: Very safe roadside parking (20 spots) dedicated to our complex is available; however, it is subject to availability. 5️⃣ Housekeeping Services: Daily housekeeping/cleaning services are provided. If additional cleaning is required, feel free to request, and we will do our best to arrange it on a best-effort basis. 6️⃣ Power Backup: The property is equipped with an inverter backup, which provides up to 2 hours of power for fans and lights. 7️⃣ Guest Welcome & Assistance: A Da Alohas representative will personally greet you upon arrival and provide a detailed house tour. 8️⃣ Lift Facility & Maintenance: This beautiful apartment offers stunning views and is accessible via a lift. However, please note that routine maintenance may occur during your check-in or check-out, in which case you may need to use the stairs. 9️⃣ Stair Access: Guests must climb a few stairs to reach the lift lobby from the main gate. 🔟 Late Check-Out Policy: Prior approval is required for late check-outs. We’ll be happy to accommodate requests based on availability.
