RENTAL 12 PEOPLE + 2 CHILDREN ON SMALL CONVERTIBLE In a small village with its Monday night open-air café, its endearing inhabitants, our tribe shares a farmhouse. There are... us and our older children who are rarely present. Only the bourgeois house opposite remains, it is free, waiting for life, late afternoon aperitifs and children's laughter! The space On a property of 4000 m2, two buildings face each other . - Ours: a farmhouse that houses our family and 2 other loft-style rentals for 4 people each (possibility to rent them also for gatherings of 20 people but will not be rented if you book the house!) - Yours: a pretty 250 m2 mansion with a private terrace. The whole place is almost enclosed by walls, closed by an electric gate, overlooking the wheat fields. A century-old lime tree stands proudly in the middle of the courtyard . Go in, we'll enter the house: * Ground floor - Kitchen /living /dining room with designer fireplace overlooking the private terrace on the courtyard. - toilet / sink No bedroom on the ground floor! * 1 st floor - Bathroom with shower and tub - 1 wc - Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds of 1m - Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed 140 - Bedroom 3 : 1 double bed 160+ crib - relaxation area, library, children's games, with bench * 2 nd floor: - shower room with wc - Bedroom 4 : 1 double bed 140 + small sofa’ convertible for 2 children - Bedroom 5 : 1 double bed 140 - Bedroom 6 : 2 single beds of 1m And now we're going out: -1 heated pool from May to the end of September, not covered, unclosed with free access, its sunbeds and its aperitif lounge area by the water. -1 pool house behind large floor-to-ceiling windows, with shower room and toilet, a spacious living room, tables and chairs + barbecue + pizza oven and everything that goes well to spend the evening sharing your feet in the water. - an outdoor covered area with Ping Pong, foosball and darts - Vast garden with walnut trees, fig trees and other fruit trees, swings/ slide. Large table of 5 meters in the shade of a walnut tree... . The exteriors are SHARED WITH US but there is no risk of stepping on it, there is room for everyone. And for the more athletic, soccer field, playground and city stadium 2 minutes away. Your pets are welcome if they are nice! Guest access You have access of course to the whole house, it is just for you, as well as a private terrace. The exteriors and the pool are shared with us, the pool house is reserved for you... you are at home with us! Other things to note Please read the rules carefully: -NO FIESTAS /GATHERINGS /EVENTS WITH MUSIC , we are in the village! For everyone's sake, stop the "noise" outside at 11 p.m. please ... It is a family vacation home, ideal for a break in the countryside, quiet. So we will avoid the funerals of JF or JH, the watered reunions and the evenings in "baby sitting " mode. -We live and work on site, please note it, you will still have to expect to meet us from time to time. -Your beds will be made but be sure to bring YOUR TOWELS / POOL - Exteriors, pool and pool house must be kept in good condition. - 4 parking spaces in the yard ( 5 so small cars!) - Animals on site: 2 dogs, 12 chickens and 2 turtles. But you won't be disturbed, everyone knows their limits (especially the turtles!) and has their own private space/garden!
