Maraca Beach Residence II, ap 111 Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, near Porto de Galinhas Beach and Pontal de Maracaipe. Our apartment: 22m², air-conditioned, living room, queen-size bed, bathroom with hairdryer, flat iron; living room: TV, Wi-Fi; kitchen with various utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and Cooktop. A cozy and comfortable flat with a pool by the sea, with elevator access to the rooftop to enjoy a relaxing view of the Maracaipe coastline. The space Cozy and comfortable, organized to make you feel at home. Your small pet (only) is welcome (please inform the size in advance, in compliance with the condominium's bylaws and convention rules), one per stay. Please read the following guidelines: 1 – Owners must bring all the utensils and containers necessary for the animal's stay (food, leash and hygiene material). 2nd - The owner is responsible for any damage caused to the apartment and furniture. If this occurs, the corresponding amount will be notified, according to the budget. 3 - The cleaning of organic waste is the full responsibility of the guest. 4 - We ask that you avoid leaving the animal alone and that dogs not bark persistently and continuously. We ask for your cooperation, common sense and respect for other guests. 5 – Pets are allowed to circulate in the social areas and elevator only if the animal is being transported in transport boxes/bags or on the owner's lap. 6 – Do not allow animals to climb on beds and furniture. 7 – The use of towels or other hotel materials for animal hygiene is prohibited. 8 – Upon arrival with a pet for the stay, the guest becomes aware of the responsibilities at the time of check-in.
