Beautiful lake house with private dock and spectacular view. A spacious and cozy place to enjoy the panoramic lake view with family or friends, with an incredible pool, BBQ area, game room, rooms with lake view, equipped kitchen, two living rooms, and a comfortable covered terrace to spend time together enjoying unique sunsets. The house has a maximum capacity for 20 guests, none of the amenities are shared and it has excellent privacy. The space Master Bedroom Spacious mid-level room with windows overlooking the lake, king size bed, chaise lounge, TV, fireplace, jacuzzi, full bathroom and dressing room. Bedroom 2 On a middle level with a lake view, two single beds from which two other single beds are pulled out from below, a full bathroom and a dressing room. Bedroom 3 Spacious mid-level room with lake view, king size bed, loft with single bed, TV, desk, full bathroom with lake view and large closet. Bedroom 4 Spacious room on the upper level overlooking the lake, king size bed, TV, fireplace, full bathroom overlooking the lake and closet. Bedroom 5 A bedroom on the middle level overlooking the lake, access to it by spiral staircase, queen size bed, desk, it does not have a bathroom, but you can use the full bathroom that is downstairs and to which Room 3 also has access. Bedroom 6 On the upper level with a queen size bed, full bathroom and a small closet. Bedroom 7 Upper level with two twin beds, full bathroom, and a small closet. Game Room On the ground floor, it has 3 double sofa beds, a closet and a full bathroom (in the adjoining hallway). It does not have blinds. Other things to note The maximum capacity is 20 people. If the reservation is made for 16, the nightly charge for extra guests from 17 is paid upon arrival.
