We provide guests with beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards :) The space This second floor unit features an open floor plan including fully equipped modern kitchen with island, quartz countertops, slate appliances; dining area with large dining table; living room with large sectional sofa and comfortable chairs plus 65” smart TV with cable, two bedrooms (one king and one queen) with smart TVs and en suite bathrooms and laundry room. High speed internet with a dedicated workspace and desk in the primary bedroom. Outside, guests can relax on the front deck on Adirondack chairs or the back deck with outdoor dining area. There is a new outdoor living area with bar, sofa set, smart TV and hammock swing under the carport which is for the exclusive use of the upstairs unit. Large outdoor shower (hot and cold water) with changing area. There is a gas grill available for guests to use. This unit is located on the second floor with an separate apartment on the first floor which may be occupied during your stay. The space is totally private with separate entrance. Only shared space is driveway. Guests are provided with linens and towels, paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), coffee (with creamer and sweetener), dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. Fun amenities include beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards. For bike rental we suggest Ocean Atlantic Rentals - they deliver. This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Please note that we do not allow parties or events. No unauthorized overnight guests are allowed. No smoking and no pets. We want our guests to have a great time, but we also want our neighbors to enjoy themselves as well. Guest access Guests have private entrance through the side door under the carport. Parking is shared with downstairs owners unit (only used when owners are in town, typically guests will have the property to themselves. Guests have 2 dedicated spaces on the left side of the driveway. the right side of the driveway is reserved for the downstairs owners unit. Please contact hosts if you have more than 2 vehicles. Other things to note There is one exterior security camera overlooking the driveway to monitor occupancy and noise, device has ability to record. There are no other cameras on the property (no interior cameras).
