The space This new home includes, 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second with two twin beds. The Kitchen/Dinging area with bar for additional seating contains side by side frig with water and ice in the door, dishwasher, electric range, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans and all cooking utensils. The Living room has a pull-out full size coach for additional sleeping. Flat-screen Samsung TV with Samsung streaming channels and the Spectrum app for access to local cable stations. The bathroom includes tub/shower along with a washer/dryer, making it convenient to wash clothes as needed. The lake access has a deck area, kayak and a canoe (shared with the airbnb next door). We are currently cleaning up the beach at this location due to years of neglect, so you may see us around. This area is shared with "The Barn" residents. Off street parking included for 1 car (2 cars if parked one behind the other). Additional parking available at the Church Parking lot which is steps away from the driveway. Weekly and monthly discounts available. Guest access The neighborhood residents are very friendly, feel free to walk around the road and get familiar with your surrounding. Several roads provide additional access to the lake with sandy beaches for swimming. Other things to note Gas grill and picnic table are available just outside the back door.......We live 4 houses away, so if you should need anything or have questions/concerns we can accommodate fairly quickly.
